I was put in charge of this 250-bedroom hotel, located in the heart of London’s West-End.
Although my prime objective was to run this property successfully, the owning company entrusted me with the complete refurbishment programme of their hotel.
It was elected “Hotel of the Year” for the Europe/ Middle East/ Africa region.
