Inspired by the character of the famous Opera House opposite, the Hilton Opera Hanoi, build in 1999 is located in the heart of the business district, close to the main attractions of the city.
Acting as a veritable landmark in the city centre, the hotel’s architectural design harkens bask to the colonial epoch: during its construction, Hilton needed large sums of investment in order to meet the very strict requirements of the Vietnamese government so that the hotel could be well integrated into its surroundings.

The architects were thus able to capture the essence of the colonial style characteristic of an epoch and traditional French architecture at the beginning of the 20th century.
